The staff team is passionate in their collective goal of helping students to feel safe and secure, whilst fulfilling their potential both academically and socially. Students and their needs come first; every student is truly individual and the educational setting aims to nurture those individualities and encourage students to enable them to become confident, independent and aspirational young people ready to enter into adulthood.
"Prior to attending this school, many pupils had years of negative educational experiences. Pupils say that they feel safe, confident and happy, now they are at Ripplevale. Parents are delighted with how their (children) have changed" Ofsted,
