Trinity School & College in Rochester, Kent is a day school and college for students with a diagnosis of anxiety, speech language and communication needs, including dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism and Asperger's Syndrome.
Trinity is AcSEED-accredited for meeting the needs of young people with anxiety and welcomes students aged 6 - 25 years old.
At Trinity School and College, we believe that within each learner there is the potential to learn, to gain essential skills and knowledge, and to find relevance in their education.
Using a holistic approach to learning, we combine tried and tested educational methods with a programme of life skills specifically designed to meet the needs of learners with language difficulties. This positive, multi-sensory and practical method, in conjunction with small class sizes and a calm, supportive environment, enables us to help our learners attain ‘confidence to learn – for life!’
I am highly committed to the training and development of teachers and teaching assistants to provide the highest quality educational and care provision for our young learners. My commitment to my own lifelong learning and my belief that education has the ability to bring a greater range of opportunities and improvements in the quality of life, ensures that I will continue to make a difference to the educational outcomes for learners at Trinity.
